What do we expect from our new team member?
- Manage the dealers and customers under their responsibility, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Increase business volume by offering alternative solutions to the customers under their responsibility.
- Maximize product availability for customers in order to increase market share and distribution.
- Monitor competitors within their area of responsibility and prepare appropriate action plans.
- Play an active role in updating the working conditions of the customers under their responsibility.
- Use commercial funds effectively and carry out periodic fund reconciliations.
- Manage product stock levels for dealers and customers.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably has at least 2 years of sales experience, especially in the out-of-home (HoReCa) channel.
- Preferably has a good command of English.
- Actively drives and has no restrictions on travel.
