What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• If you can explore new mineral resources in line with the organization’s strategic priorities and plan and execute regional-scale exploration studies in accordance with international standards,

• If you can ensure the full implementation of international standards such as NI 43-101, JORC, UMREK, and similar frameworks throughout all exploration processes,

• If you can effectively plan and schedule drilling programs for exploration, detailed investigation, resource development, and related purposes,

• If you can carry out the technical studies required to identify, evaluate, develop, and operate raw material resources, as well as new resources and/or new products for the organization,

• If you can conduct activities that support drilling programs aimed at achieving targeted quality and production objectives,

• If you can ensure that exploration activities are carried out in compliance with Esan’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies,

• If you can take responsibility for drilling team personnel, provide training, and report on activities,

• If you can prepare and effectively manage budgets for drilling operations,

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• A graduate of Geological Engineering or Hydrogeological Engineering,

• Preferably with at least 3–5 years of experience in drilling operations,

• Experienced in taking responsibility for underground or surface drilling operations,

• Proficient in English,

• Skilled in the effective use of MS Office applications (advanced Excel is preferred),

• Able to effectively perform Survey, Gyro, and Orientation Tool applications,

• Preferably experienced in borehole geophysical studies,

• Holder of a valid driver’s license and SRC certificate, with active driving experience,

• Able to work in an underground mining operation,

• Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Balıkesir.
