What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• You will ensure coordination by maintaining communication with companies at locations where services are provided through Authorized OHS Units (OSGB),

• You will record your observations in the notarized determination logbook at workplaces where you are assigned via İSG-KATİP,

• You will cooperate with the occupational physician to evaluate potential work accidents and occupational diseases, prepare necessary preventive action plans, work in coordination with relevant departments to ensure implementation, monitor practices, and report nonconformities or deviations to the relevant parties,

• You will identify workplace hazards and conduct risk analyses and risk assessments,

• You will establish, develop, and effectively manage OHS management and audit systems in a timely manner, carry out all required activities before and after the certification process, manage audits related to these processes, and fulfill the role of management system representative as required by management systems,

• You will plan crisis and emergency management activities, prepare relevant documentation and procedures, develop emergency action plans, and plan and supervise periodic emergency drills,

• You will prepare the annual health unit work plan in cooperation with the occupational physician, plan periodic health screening activities, ensure their implementation, and prepare the necessary reports,

• You will prepare training plans to ensure that all employees and contractor employees receive Occupational Health and Safety training (including onboarding and legally required trainings), organize such trainings, and evaluate their effectiveness,

• You will monitor the Occupational Health and Safety practices of subcontractor companies and report to the relevant parties.

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• You have at least 7 years of experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety,

• You hold a Class A Occupational Safety Expert Certificate,

• You have experience in team management,

• You are confident in your communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and reporting skills,

• You have a good command of English,

• You are successful in human relations, open to communication, possess active listening skills, and are a strong team player,

• You have effective presentation skills and are able to conduct inspections and supervision activities,

• You are proficient in MS Office programs,

• You reside in or are willing to relocate to Balıkesir.
