What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Ensure production processes and workforce management in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and quality standards.
• Participate in international projects when required.
• Prepare technical analyses and reports related to ongoing activities.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Prepare and revise procedures, instructions, and forms, and maintain quality records.
• Fulfill the duties, authorities, and responsibilities defined in relevant procedures.
• Plan, organize, and execute activities aimed at maintaining and improving product quality.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team.

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Competence in R&D and product development activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• Preferably experienced in SAP.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Residing in Balıkesir or willing to relocate.
