What do we expect from our new team member?

• Ensure the effective implementation of Human Resources practices across the organization.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Prepare and implement orientation programs for new employees.
• Manage performance management processes.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the training processes of assigned teams in line with the annual training plan and monitor related budgets.
• Prepare required HR reports and lead the development of reporting processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Social Security Law, Labor Law, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Support the preparation of departmental procedures and ensure they are kept up to date.
• Monitor labor legislation and inform relevant business partners about new regulations and amendments.
• Represent the Esan brand in the best possible way across all platforms and contribute to strengthening Esan’s brand awareness and reputation through all activities.

What kind of team member are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Very good command of English.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Balıkesir region.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and initiative-taking skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and support change management initiatives.
• Ability to contribute to corporate culture and employee engagement practices.
