Planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities for mine hoists, hoist drive systems, hydraulic systems, braking mechanisms, and auxiliary equipment.

Performing daily inspections of steel wire rope systems, carrying out periodic measurements, managing lubrication processes, and preparing rope replacement plans.

Providing rapid, safe, and permanent interventions for mechanical and hydraulic failures of the mine hoist and auxiliary systems.

Ensuring on-site coordination of maintenance and operations teams involved in shaft operations, assigning tasks, and supervising activities.

Preparing maintenance instructions, checklists, and record-keeping systems, and ensuring their sustainability.

Conducting maintenance and performance monitoring of hydraulic power units, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and piping systems.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant position (preferably in mine shaft/hoisting operations).

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Knowledgeable in steel wire rope systems, rope inspection criteria, and lifecycle management.

Strong analytical skills.
