What do we expect from our new team member?

Based in the Balya location and supporting new investment, modernization, and capacity increase projects across the company’s various facilities:

• Managing all process and plant design activities from raw material characterization to final product production,
• Developing and optimizing flowsheets, as well as mass and water balance calculations for mineral processing or chemical beneficiation plants,
• Interpreting laboratory and pilot-scale test results to provide data for industrial-scale plant design and equipment selection,
• Monitoring the performance of process units such as crushing & screening, grinding, flotation, or chemical leaching; conducting bottleneck analyses and planning efficiency improvement modifications,
• Establishing process safety standards (HAZOP, Risk Analysis, etc.) and supervising on-site implementation,
• Preparing technical specifications for investment projects and technically/commercially evaluating supplier proposals,
• Providing regular reporting to senior management on project progress, budget control, progress payment verification, and risk management processes,
• Taking an active on-site role during plant installation, assembly, and commissioning phases, including completion of operator training and documentation.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Chemical Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role (preferably in industrial facilities),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (P&ID, PFD),
• Strong analytical thinking skills, solution-oriented mindset, and adaptability to dynamic field conditions,
• Strong analytical skills
