What do we expect from our new team member?

• Management of construction and infrastructure processes of new investment, modernization, and capacity expansion projects across the company’s facilities, from concept to facility delivery, based at the Balya location,
• Regular reporting to senior management on project progress, budget usage, payments, and risks,
• Leading the establishment of engineering and construction standards across facilities,
• Preparation of detailed project schedules and budgets; managing time, cost, and quality targets effectively throughout the project,
• Preparation of technical specifications for construction materials and services, and technical evaluation of subcontractor and supplier proposals,
• Supervision and control of technical drawings for industrial buildings, equipment foundations, steel structures, field concrete, and infrastructure systems,
• On-site inspection of excavation, backfilling, reinforced concrete, and steel assembly works; managing subcontractors,

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role (preferably in industrial facilities),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office,
• Preferably experienced with SAP2000, ideCAD, ProtaStructure, Tekla Structures, or Revit for structural analysis and 3D modeling,
• Strong analytical skills
