• Ensuring that processes are carried out in full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety rules and standards,
• Ensuring that production activities are managed optimally and within budget by controlling costs,
• Ensuring that the ore to be produced in the facility is produced economically, efficiently and sustainably,
• Ensuring the application of all engineering and survey standards in production,
• Establishing and implementing the necessary procedures for the smooth operation of the facility,
• Conducting optimization activities by carrying out production efficiency studies,
• Monitoring the quality values ​​of production and taking the necessary actions for continuous improvement,
• Developing suggestions/action lists to ensure continuous improvement and conducting process audits,
• Developing, analyzing and implementing projects to improve production process knowledge and technical competence.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Graduated from the Mineral Processing Engineering or Mining Engineering Department of a university,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining production,
• Proficient in all relevant legislation applicable to mining activities,
• Able to effectively use relevant mining software,
• Possessing teamwork, creativity and innovation, problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Fluent in English,
• Residing in Bilecik Bozüyük or Eskişehir,
• For male candidates, having completed military service.
