What do we expect from our new team member?

 

  • Providing support to human resources processes, primarily recruitment and selection,

  • Responding to candidate applications, entering results into the system, reporting, and keeping information up to date,

  • Supporting HR projects,

  • Monitoring system processes and contributing to projects for further improvements,

  • Supporting the preparation of presentations, internal analyses, and evaluation reports,

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

 

  • Being a senior-year student in relevant university departments (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or being at the thesis stage of a master’s degree,

  • Aspiring to build a career in Human Resources,

  • Proficient in MS Office applications,

  • Having an advanced level of English,

  • Possessing strong analytical and data analysis skills,

  • Able to work effectively across functions and teams.
