What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member

  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Eczacıbaşı Group’s Information Security standards, and support their monitoring and governance.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of cyber risks from an information security perspective.
  • Support monitoring, auditing, and management reporting activities required for IT operations and governance.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and guideline documents.
  • Support the team in ISO 27001 and other information security compliance initiatives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel effectively for data analysis, visualization, and automation.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing information security awareness across the organization.
  • Support the tracking and coordination of ongoing security and compliance projects within Group companies.
  • Conduct research on cybersecurity products and services and provide insights to the team.
  • Assist in ensuring effective cross-functional coordination among relevant teams.
  • Support AI security governance initiatives by addressing emerging risks related to artificial intelligence, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with business units and technology teams to integrate security controls into digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives.

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Currently studying Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field at a university, and expected to graduate in 2027,
  • Available to support the team at least 3.5 days per week,
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
  • Has strong analytical thinking and research skills,
  • A strong team player with effective communication skills,
  • Eager to learn and develop in the areas of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Information Risk Management,
  • Residing in Istanbul.
