What do we expect from our new team member?
- Ensure end-to-end management and operational continuity of financial IT applications within the scope (SAP FI, SAP CO, and integrated non-SAP systems).
- Plan, manage, and successfully deliver projects in line with the organization’s Project Management methodology.
- Act effectively as an IT Business Partner by working closely with business units in the responsible finance processes.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate development and performance goals of team members in line with corporate priorities using objective criteria.
- Ensure the team delivers effective, uninterrupted, and high-quality support for the systems and processes in scope.
- Lead digital transformation, automation, and efficiency-driven initiatives that add value to financial processes.
- Manage end-to-end solution design and vendor selection processes for new business requirements in line with the business partnership approach.
- Manage IT Change Requests related to responsible finance processes in line with corporate priorities and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure continuous support of IT applications and systems within defined service and quality levels.
- Monitor performance indicators of responsible IT applications and systems regularly and manage improvement areas.
- Actively participate in all internal and external audit processes and ensure effective resolution of identified findings.
- Take an active role in risk management processes related to IT applications and systems, managing operational and technological risks.
- Contribute to the creation and effective management of the IT budget for responsible applications and systems.
- Manage vendor and business partner processes end-to-end to build a sustainable and efficient supplier ecosystem.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or business disciplines (preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in financial processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI or SAP CO modules as a consultant or module owner, including implementation and customization
- Knowledge of Project Management, preferably with hands-on experience
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with excellent communication abilities
- Team player with a proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- No travel restrictions
- Military service completed (for male candidates)
