E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

What do we expect from our new team member?
- Manage e-commerce relationships with responsible customers to achieve the brand’s sales, profitability, and market share targets,
- Negotiate joint e-commerce business plans for key accounts,
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and plan new campaigns to increase sales figures,
- Research global benchmarks and keep the team up to date in terms of product assortment and campaigns,
- Ensure the profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing sales, distribution, availability, visibility, and operational excellence,
- Proactively manage SKU mix in coordination with finance, trade marketing, and marketing teams, in line with customer constraints and corporate strategy,
- Effectively manage the trade marketing budget,
- Define the e-commerce strategy by working closely with marketing and digital marketing teams,
- Monitor customer experience and the purchase journey, and provide data expertise to deploy and adapt strategies to improve KPIs such as orders, new customers, conversion rate (CR), etc.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in related university programs,
- At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce field,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions.
