BRAND MANAGER

What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Prepare and monitor the execution of the commercial activity plan
  • Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends and insights, and gain a deep understanding of customer dynamics by working closely with the sales team and visiting customers
  • Perform target country analyses and identify opportunity areas
  • Track, analyze, and report the financial performance of responsible channels and customers to ensure achievement of category P&L targets
  • Plan sales volumes for responsible channels and customers by aligning production and delivery capacity to maximize sales potential; inform relevant departments in case of changes in sales mix and lead the implementation of revised plans
  • Monitor, report, and improve product portfolio penetration and listing performance by taking necessary actions
  • Manage strategic pricing and ensure effective execution across sales channels
  • Ensure effective budget management in line with sales and activity plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to improve processes

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Statistics, Business Management, Engineering, or other related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • Strong analytical skills
