As part of our KDS Program, we are looking for long-term interns to join our Procurement, Supply Planning, Sustainability, R&D and Engineering teams.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Support the team's daily operational and technical processes
• Contribute to data collection, analysis, reporting and documentation activities
• Track processes and action items to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Take part in preparing presentations, analyses and evaluation reports
• Support the team in coordination efforts with other functions
• Help simplify routine reports and automate them with digital tools where appropriate
• Develop innovative ideas and actionable recommendations for process improvement, efficiency and digitalization initiatives
• Carry out analysis, deliverable preparation and presentation work within assigned projects and/or business processes

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Senior undergraduate students or master's thesis students in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Available to work at least 3 weekdays per week
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good written and verbal command of English
• Strong analytical thinking, research, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
• Interested in data analytics, digitalization and AI-enabled ways of working
• A team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Responsible, open to new ideas and eager to learn
