What We Expect from Our New Team Member

• Within the scope of internal audit work, supporting data collection and preliminary analysis processes (ERP reports, Excel outputs, system logs, etc.)
• Contributing to the execution of controls related to financial and non-financial risk areas in line with the audit plan
• Taking notes, documentation, and follow-up activities during meetings with process owners
• Supporting sample selection, data validation, and basic control testing for use in audit tests
• Assisting in the organization of working papers, classification of evidence, and filing during the preparation of findings
• Contributing to the preparation of Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, and summary reports to make analysis outputs more understandable
• Supporting sections such as findings summaries, risk/impact assessment, and action tracking in the audit report writing process
• Assisting in consolidating data from different affiliates and preparing comparative analyses when necessary
• Supporting operational processes such as calendar tracking, meeting organization, and action monitoring in projects carried out by the internal audit team.

What kind of team member are we looking for?

• Being a final year student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems or similar departments of universities,
• Being able to attend the internship for at least 3.5 days a week,
• Having an interest in fields such as auditing, risk management, internal control, financial analysis,
• Having high quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills; We are looking for a team member who:
• Willing to make sense of data,
• Proficient in using MS Office tools, especially Excel (preferably advanced),
• Attentive to detail, organized and proactive in their work,
• Open to learning both financial and operational processes, curious and inquisitive,
• Strong written English communication skills,
• Team player, able to communicate with different units, exhibiting a harmonious and professional approach,
• Values ​​confidentiality and ethical principles, has a high sense of responsibility,
