What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member

• To enhance the reporting system and conduct risk management activities within the framework of the risk management policy,
• To create a risk inventory in collaboration with business units by conducting site visits, to prioritize risks by assessing their impact and likelihood, and to develop proposed solutions,
• To ensure the implementation of risk-related actions and to monitor and report control deficiencies to senior management,
• To prepare training materials and carry out the necessary documentation and communication activities to foster a risk culture and raise risk awareness within the organization,
• To keep abreast of current risk management practices and regulatory developments and to inform senior management accordingly.

 What kind of teammate are we looking for?

•  4th-year university student (with a graduation date of June 2026 or later) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
• Able to provide support for at least 3.5 days a week,
• Proficient in spoken and written English,
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills,
• Residing in Istanbul.
