Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency started its operations in 1986 as a part of Eczacıbaşı Dasa Distribution and Sales Inc. to carry out insurance transactions and became a member of the Eczacıbaşı Group in 1990. The agency provides sales of insurance products across all branches, as well as risk management and insurance consulting services to companies and employees within the Group, as well as to external companies and individuals.

Working with some of Turkey's largest insurance companies that are strong, reliable, and known for prompt claims payments, Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency has agreements with highly reputed international reinsurance companies. It offers solutions not only in classic insurance products in fields such as fire, accident, engineering, liability, health, life, and retirement, but also with special products designed according to the needs of policyholders. Additionally, it can receive services from abroad when necessary.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• To support the operational processes of Eczacıbaşı Insurance's non-group corporate and individual policies.
• To assist in sending policies to customers, recording system entries, and performing physical or online backups.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Must be enrolled in the fourth year of a four-year undergraduate program at a university (while students from all departments can apply, those studying in fields related to insurance are especially encouraged to apply).
• Must have a very good command of the English language.
• Must be proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Must be available to provide support for at least 3.5 days a week (with 0.5 to 1.5 days working remotely and two to three days working in the office as a hybrid).
• Must reside in Istanbul.
• Preferably able to work for one year from the date of employment (until the end of September 2027).
