Established by Dr. Nejat F. Eczacıbaşı in 1942, Eczacıbaşı Group is one of Turkey's leading industrial conglomerates, operating primarily in construction products, consumer products, healthcare, and natural resources sectors for both national and international markets. What we expect from our new team member?

• Managing and periodically monitoring the implementation of process improvements for Eczacıbaşı Holding,
• Taking part in the preparation and improvement of Group IT Governance monitoring dashboards,
• Entering and tracking audit findings for group companies within the Eczacıbaşı Holding structure,
• Supporting the improvement of the performance structure (OKR, Balanced Scorecard) of group companies within the Eczacıbaşı Holding structure,
• Researching and analyzing products that can be shared, and coordinating with teams,
• Preparing end-user satisfaction surveys, conducting detailed analysis and visualization of the results,
• Organizing periodic meetings related to managed projects and supporting the preparation of status reports,
• Managing governance and IT processes, supporting the increase in the level of applicability of IT governance standards within the company,
• Preparing documents such as regular newsletters and activity reports.

What kind of team member are we looking for?

• 3rd-year university student, preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS)/Computer Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mathematical Engineering,
• Able to work 5 days during the summer ( July- September)
• Proficient in spoken and written English,
• Enjoys analytical thinking and research,
• Proficient in project management methodologies,
• Possessing data analysis and interpretation skills,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Residing in Istanbul.
