We are looking for a Digital Tech Specialist who will support Eczacıbaşı Group’s commercial transformation journey by leveraging the power of digital technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about turning business challenges into innovative, tech-enabled solutions that enhance growth, efficiency, and customer value. You'll work at the intersection of technology and commerce, helping teams redesign how we operate, engage customers, and deliver value in a digital era.
What do we expect from our new teammate?
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify friction points in current processes and co-develop smart, scalable solutions.
- Act as a digital innovation partner to business units, translating their needs into simple, effective tech-based tools or workflows.
- Monitor technology trends and assess how they can be applied to improve revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational agility.
- Pilot new tools and platforms, gather user feedback, and continuously refine solutions for maximum business impact.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial/Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in roles related to digital projects, business technology, or commercial process improvement.
- Strong interest in commercial functions (e.g., sales, marketing, customer journey) and how technology can drive transformation in these areas.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to bridge business needs with tech capabilities.
- A proactive team player who enjoys learning, experimenting, and collaborating across disciplines.
