FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

Including the organization's monthly actual management reports; to oversee the preparation of periodic and optional reports and analyses,

Controlling the preparation of monthly and annual forecasts on the basis of sales, costs and operating expenses according to actual realizations and changing conditions, and creating scenario-based plans,

Managing the budget process in accordance with the holding assumptions and targets, consolidating the budgets prepared by all categories, business units and departments, and preparing budget packages,

Monitoring all department budgets on a monthly basis and determining actual deviations, working in coordination with categories to provide information about budget status and ensure that necessary actions are taken,

Managing relations with the Holding Strategic Planning department, especially management reporting and budget processes,

Managing CAPEX, budget and reporting processes,

Leading the establishment of new reporting systems and budgeting programs

Leading and supporting the development of the team directly reporting to them.

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics and/or related fields,

At least 8 years of experience in finance,

Advanced level of English

Proficient in MS Office applications,

Experienced in IFRS,

Preferably with experience in SAP

Preferably with team management experience.
