What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Including the organization's monthly actual management reports; To prepare periodic and optional reports and analyses,
- Managing monthly closing process of SAP to finalize financial statements,
- Taking active role in preparation of accurate and timely, monthly financial statements, and management reporting processes,
- Determining actual costs incurred as a result of company activities, ensuring necessary adjustments are made,
- Preparing monthly and annual forecasts on the basis of sales, costs and operating expenses according to actual realizations and changing conditions, and creating scenario-based plans,
- Managing the budget process in accordance with the holding assumptions and targets, consolidating the budgets prepared by all categories, business units and departments, and preparing budget packages,
- Monitoring all department budgets on a monthly basis and determining actual deviations, working in coordination with categories to provide information about budget status and ensure that necessary actions are taken,
- To carry out relations with the Holding Strategic Planning department, especially management reporting and budget processes,
- Supporting the establishment of new reporting systems and budgeting programs
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Graduated from universities with a major in economics, business, finance, or related engineering fields,
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Big 4 Deal Advisory/ Transaction Services experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills,
- Curious, detail-oriented, willing to specialize in strategic planning and investment-related projects, with the ability to generate insights from data,
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Preferably with experience in SAP
