KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Managing customers, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • Providing alternative solutions to customers in order to increase business volume.
  • Maximizing availability with responsible customers to increase market share and distribution.
  • Actively participating in updating customers’ working conditions.
  • Using commercial funds in the most effective way and carrying out periodic fund reconciliations.
  • Planning short- and long-term activities for responsible chain customers.
  • Identifying appropriate actions in line with profitability and sales targets.
  • Analyzing and interpreting all customer-related data.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales (especially in national channels).
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, with strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
