What do we expect from our new team member?
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans
- Build long-term brand and innovation strategies
- Manage brand budgets and forecasting processes
- Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility of assigned brands
- Track and report brand performance metrics
- Generate creative solutions and growth strategies to drive brand expansion
- Collaborate with Market Research teams on research and data analysis; leverage consumer and market insights to support brand growth
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams on social media strategies and digital advertising initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Market Research teams
- Lead, coach, and support the development of direct-report brand team members
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management and marketing
- Preferably experienced in the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in team management
- Hands-on experience owning full brand responsibility and developing and executing effective marketing strategies
- Strong background in budget management and P&L ownership
- Advanced level of English proficiency
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions and teams
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
