What do we expect from our new team member?

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans
• Build long-term brand and innovation strategies
• Manage brand budgets and forecasting processes
• Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility of assigned brands
• Track and report brand performance metrics
• Generate creative solutions and growth strategies to drive brand expansion
• Collaborate with Market Research teams on research and data analysis; leverage consumer and market insights to support brand growth
• Work closely with Digital Marketing teams on social media strategies and digital advertising initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Market Research teams
• Lead, coach, and support the development of direct-report brand team members

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management and marketing
• Preferably experienced in the FMCG sector
• Proven experience in team management
• Hands-on experience owning full brand responsibility and developing and executing effective marketing strategies
• Strong background in budget management and P&L ownership
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and teams
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
