SALES FINANCE MANAGER

VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Experienced in creating, developing, and regularly updating customer-based risk scoring models
• Strong financial analysis skills; able to read and interpret balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Able to interpret sectoral risks and the impact of macroeconomic developments on customer behavior
• Able to design early warning indicators (EWS) to identify risky customers at an early stage
• Experienced in creating and managing dealer/customer-based limit, maturity (tenor), and collateral structures
• Able to calculate, monitor, and drive actions to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Forward-looking; able to run cash flow and collection simulations under different scenarios
• Experienced in developing policies and processes to improve collection performance
• Able to balance commercial targets (sales goals) with financial risk considerations
• Able to track the financial impact of customer bonus, premium, and turnover rebate mechanisms and manage them in alignment with collections and profitability
• Experienced in early identification of doubtful receivables, provisioning processes, and managing collection actions
• Experienced in trade credit insurance processes
• Knowledgeable about letters of guarantee, DBS, and check (cheque) structures
• Able to prepare monthly/periodic reporting on collections, DSO, risk, and limits

 

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in accounts receivable / collections, cash follow-up, and customer risk processes is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially strong Excel skills)
• Preferably experienced in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Preferably good command of English (written and spoken)
