What do we expect from our new team member?
- Lead the preparation of the annual sales budget for the category by category, channel, and customer.
- Develop monthly sales plans and commercial terms in line with company objectives, manage approval processes, and ensure effective implementation.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Develop category-based product mix strategies and design channel-specific action plans.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations during new product launch processes, ensuring fast and effective distribution.
- Closely monitor competition, pricing, and promotional strategies and guide commercial actions accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage market share, distribution, and performance evaluation processes.
- Effectively utilize data sources such as Nielsen, IPSOS, and Brandzone to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
- Manage sales forecasting processes and ensure close coordination with planning and supply teams.
- Work closely with field teams to analyze customer and channel dynamics, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Continuously improve sales operations processes and develop projects that increase efficiency.
- Manage the sales operations team, contribute to their professional development, and monitor their performance.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience in category management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills
