SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

What do we expect from our new team member?

 

  • Design and implement HR strategies in line with functional needs and company objectives
  • Lead Human Resources processes for central functions at headquarters and international investments, in collaboration with local teams
  • Provide insights and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, contributing to a fair and ethical work environment
  • Ensure effective execution of all talent management processes across the organization
  • Analyze business processes within the responsible areas and improve them to enhance efficiency
  • Consolidate, report, and monitor HR activities, and take developmental actions where needed
  • Actively contribute to process improvement and HR projects in collaboration with the Organizational Development team
  • Lead the recruitment team and the HR team responsible for central functions

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years of international HR management experience
  • Proven experience in change management, stakeholder management, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of personnel and labor law matters
  • No travel restrictions
  • Excellent command of English
