What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- To contribute to the analysis and reporting processes that generate input for Group strategic planning,
- To coordinate and monitor the implementation of projects carried out at the Group level,
- To contribute the design of organizational strategies and evaluate their implementation results at the Business Unit level,
- To support to the periodic analysis of actual results, financial performance, and budget comparisons,
- To participate in feasibility studies for new investments and partnerships, and to take an active role in projects such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offerings (IPO),
- To analyze market trends, sector opportunities, and competition in order to support strategic decision-making,
- To prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, and senior management.
- Develop forward-looking scenarios and risk assessments to strengthen organizational resilience and guide long-term strategy.
- Leverage advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-driven insights to anticipate market dynamics, identify emerging opportunities, and enhance strategic decision-making.

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?
- Graduated from universities with a major in economics, business, finance, or related engineering fields,
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience,
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills,
- Curious, detail-oriented, willing to specialize in strategic planning and investment-related projects, with the ability to generate insights from data,
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally,
- Fluent in English (German is a plus),
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Residing in Istanbul.
