What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Define product-, channel-, and customer-based strategies and lead business development projects to achieve VitrA Türkiye’s short-term quarterly and periodic sales and profitability targets, while executing long-term growth plans.
- Prepare the budget of the responsible markets in coordination with sales teams, broken down by channel and product; plan monthly distributions and monitor budget realization.
- Guide sales teams to ensure achievement of budgeted sales targets; plan and manage sales promotions and consumer campaigns, and be responsible for their performance analysis.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analyses, develop strategic action plans, and ensure their implementation.
- Define pricing and discount strategies for VitrA products in the relevant markets; manage pricing processes and optimize them in line with competitive dynamics.
- Develop sales forecasts by market, product category, and series to contribute to accurate capacity planning, and coordinate with relevant functions.
- Analyze customer satisfaction results and ensure improvement actions are taken in collaboration with related teams.
- Monitor the alignment of communication activities in the market with the defined commercial strategy and approve related implementations.
- Provide direction for the planning of local trade fairs and customer events in line with commercial objectives.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, pricing, or related areas,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel),
- Strong financial analysis capabilities; able to accurately interpret data, perform precise financial calculations, and evaluate the financial impact of business strategies,
- Proficient in using SAP, CRM software, and sales tracking systems,
- Capable of conducting data analysis and developing data-driven strategies,
- Strategic thinker with a questioning mindset and strong long-term planning skills,
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative,
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills,
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with sales and supply chain teams,
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency,
- Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul.
