What do we expect from our new team member?
- Take an active role in defining the core strategies of the channel under responsibility.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales plans for the assigned Region and ensure the achievement of the determined sales targets in line with these plans.
- Lead, manage, and develop the field team in alignment with company strategies and performance targets.
- Manage regional costs by utilizing allocated budgets efficiently and in accordance with strategic priorities.
- Create and maintain a suitable environment to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new collaborations.
- Ensure the effective execution of developed trade marketing activities across the Region in line with the agreed plans.
- Plan and develop new dealership structures in uncovered geographies and alternative sales channels.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in related university programs,
- Experienced in sales within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and Away From Home sectors,
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or related commercial functions and distributor management process,
- Experience in team management,
- Strong communication skills,
- Proficient in English,
