What do we expect from our new team member?

• Be responsible for the operation of the ADR, Heap Leach, and Metallurgical Laboratory (Met Lab) units.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) procedures during plant operations, including conducting toolbox talks.
• Oversee all engineering activities related to the plant.
• Monitor and report the plant's daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance.
• Track the consumption of chemicals and consumables, prepare replenishment requests, and maintain related reports.
• Ensure the efficient and accurate execution of all Heap Leach and ADR operational processes.
• Manage and maintain all assigned operational processes through the SAP system.
• Lead and implement all 6S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Initiate and coordinate plant modification and improvement activities as required.
• Organize and implement activities to maintain and continuously improve product quality.
• Perform technical analyses and prepare operational and engineering reports.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) and product development activities, and prepare shift performance reports.
• Supervise and lead the blue-collar workforce assigned to the plant.
• Prepare procedures, work instructions, and operational forms required for plant activities, and maintain all relevant quality records.
• Ensure that the team complies with the plant's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture by providing supervision, guidance, and training.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a gold production plant.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and 6S methodologies.
• Flexible to work in shifts when required.
• Completed military service or no military obligation (for male candidates).
• Valid Class B driver's license with active driving experience.
• Residing in Konya or willing to relocate.
