What do we expect from our new team member?

• Ensure that production processes are carried out in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise mining operations, including mine geology, mine planning, drilling and blasting, ore production, and waste stripping activities.
• Ensure that open-pit production at the İnlice Operation complies with OHS standards and that all production processes are carried out in line with approved plans and budgets.
• Closely monitor the contractor’s open-pit mining activities and perform calculations and analyses related to costs and operational performance.
• Monitor and ensure that all surface open-pit production processes comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis, while monitoring and managing KPI targets.
• Conduct production efficiency studies and implement optimization initiatives.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are properly implemented at the site and manage the related safety processes.
• Coordinate production processes and maintenance activities to ensure that all quality, cost, and productivity requirements are met.
• Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve the procedures required for smooth and efficient site operations.
• Develop improvement suggestions and action plans and conduct process audits to drive continuous improvement.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in gold production.
• Ability to analyze and process data related to mine planning activities.
• Proficiency in mine planning software, preferably Datamine.
• Ability to interpret mine geology data and resource/reserve models.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license with active driving experience.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
• No restrictions on travel.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Residing in Konya or willing to relocate.
