What do we expect from our new team member?
- Identify and develop effective solutions for potential issues related to machinery and equipment during raw material and ore production processes.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all assigned machinery and equipment, including their protection, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness.
- Manage spare parts requirements by identifying needs, ensuring timely procurement, and monitoring critical inventory levels.
- Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance strategies for mechanical and electrical systems to maximize equipment performance and minimize unplanned downtime across underground and surface operations.
- Execute and oversee planned maintenance programs, ensuring compliance and tracking performance through regular (weekly/monthly) reporting.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of mechanical failures and take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying proactive maintenance methodologies to eliminate recurring failures and enhance system reliability.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines),
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment,
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office applications,
- Valid driver’s license with active driving experience,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
