As Esan; Production has started in 1978 with the production of industrial raw materials with our understanding of sustainable mining that is sensitive to people, the environment and the future. What do we expect from our new team member?
- Preparing Requests for Proposals (RFQs), collecting bids, and conducting comparison analyses.
- Conducting supplier evaluation and selection processes using the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
- Effectively managing supplier relationships and purchasing strategies.
- Managing the control and consolidation processes of supplier purchasing schedules.
- Contributing to standardization efforts for materials, equipment, and contracts on a category basis.
- Analyzing weekly demand reports from facilities and creating action plans.
- Evaluating supplier risks, conducting financial analyses, and developing business continuity plans.
- Conducting project tracking, KPI management, and process improvement studies.
- Managing purchasing processes through ERP systems (especially SAP MM).
- Conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- Preferably internship or 0-2 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
- Analytical thinking and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills, team player
- Strong planning and follow-up skills
- No travel restrictions within or outside the country
