What Will You Do?

• Ensure that production processes are carried out in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) rules and standards.
• Manage and coordinate mining operations, including mine geology, mine planning, drilling and blasting, ore production, and overburden removal.
• Ensure that open-pit mining operations are carried out in compliance with OHS standards and that all production processes are managed within the approved plans and budget.
• Closely monitor the open-pit operations of the contractor and perform calculations and analyses related to areas such as cost analysis.
• Monitor and ensure that the open-pit production processes under your responsibility are carried out in compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production-related issues through root cause analysis, while monitoring and managing KPI targets.
• Conduct production efficiency studies and contribute to optimization activities.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are properly implemented in the field and manage their effective execution.
• Coordinate production processes and maintenance activities to ensure that production meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
• Establish, document, improve, and implement the procedures required to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
• Develop recommendations and action plans to drive continuous improvement and complete process audits.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.
• Good knowledge of production, drilling and blasting, loading, and hauling operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A valid driver’s license and active driving experience.
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service.
• Experience in team management.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong follow-up and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Residing in or being willing to relocate to Milas.
