What do we expect from our new team member?
• If you can ensure that underground production is carried out at the desired and specified quality and standards,
• If you can work in shifts to ensure the continuity of underground production,
• If you can organize, manage, and control all steps of the production cycle according to production targets,
• If you can take the necessary checks and actions during the shift in terms of occupational safety and health and ensure that underground work is carried out in accordance with instructions and procedures,
What kind of team member are we looking for?
• If you have worked in the field of Mining Engineering for at least 3 years,
• If you are experienced in team management,
• If you are confident in your communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and reporting skills,
• If you preferably have knowledge of English,
• If you are successful in interpersonal relations, open to communication, have active listening skills, and are inclined to teamwork,
• If you have effective presentation skills and can conduct supervision and monitoring,
• If you can use MS Office programs,
• If you reside in or can reside in Balıkesir,
