SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

What do we expect from our new team member?

 

  • Support the creation of annual sales budgets based on category, channel, and customer
  • Prepare and publish monthly sales plans and sales conditions in line with targets
  • Regularly analyze category performance throughout the year and propose and implement necessary actions
  • Develop plans aligned with the targeted product mix and design channel-based actions to support these plans
  • Ensure coordination between sales and marketing teams; facilitate effective execution of strategies in the field and transfer field insights back to the central team
  • Develop plans to ensure fast and effective distribution of products during new product launch processes and monitor their performance
  • Work in alignment with the trade marketing team in line with P&L targets to ensure plans are created and revised when necessary
  • Collaborate with relevant teams regarding field metrics and develop actions to increase visibility
  • Closely monitor competition and evaluate and implement channel-based product, pricing, and promotion strategies
  • Organize regular market share evaluation and action planning meetings with sales teams; closely follow up on the implementation of plans
  • Effectively use data sources such as Nielsen, IPSOS, and Brandzone to conduct distribution, market share, and shelf share analyses, and develop data-driven actions
  • Consolidate sales forecasts and contribute to the creation of production plans in coordination with the planning team
  • Manage the internal organization of JBP (Joint Business Plan) processes with customers, ensuring strategy sharing and coordination of responsibilities
  • Conduct field visits to closely monitor store and customer dynamics
  • Analyze monthly closing forecasts, take necessary actions, and update plans accordingly

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the FMCG sector)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills
