What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Track every stage of sales operations from production to collection, maintaining regular communication with customers and relevant operational units to ensure workflow.
- Monitor post-sales quality analyses, compare them, and enter the data into the system.
- Prepare regular monthly sales-shipment-collection reports.
- Track and report on market dynamics on both local and global scales.
- Support digital transformation and process improvement projects within the department.
- Contribute to the formation of departmental goals and strategies.
What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Graduates from departments such as Mining Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc., of universities.
- Proficient in English
- Strong skills in job tracking and achieving results
- People-oriented, successful in stress management
- High sense of responsibility, team-oriented
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Able to identify areas for improvement, develop solution proposals, and monitor the effectiveness of solutions
- Preferably knowledgeable in SAP-SD module
- No travel restrictions, holds a driver's license and has active driving experience
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
