SENIOR DISCOUNT MARKETS MANAGER

What do we expect from our new team member?

 

  • End-to-end management of annual agreements, costing and commercial negotiation processes with discount retailers and similar chain customers,
  • Ability to manage profitability, net revenue and turnover balance within a high-volume, low-margin structure,
  • Experience in private label / exclusive product development and commercial modeling,
  •  Experience in channel-based budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and trade investment management,
  • Planning and evaluation of promotions, campaigns and seasonal activities with an ROI-driven approach,
  • Ability to translate sales data, market dynamics and competitive insights into strategic decision-making,
  •  Proven ability to work collaboratively and result-oriented with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Production.

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field,
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 4 years in discount channel management,
  • Proven experience in team management,
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching and performance development,
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel and sales analytics tools,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
