SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Analyze the needs of Finance teams and coordinate with IT teams accordingly
  • Follow up on financial system transformation and improvement projects
  • Take part in development and enhancement processes related to financial reporting systems such as SAP BPC, MSTR, and similar platforms
  • Drive efficiency improvement initiatives across financial operations, cost accounting, accounting, sales finance, and treasury processes
  • Coordinate workflows between IT and Finance teams within system development and digitalization projects
  • Actively contribute to master data management and data standardization projects
  • Support the analysis, testing, and user adoption processes of new applications and systems
  • Coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT), process documentation, and training activities

 

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments from reputable universities
  • Experience in finance processes, business analysis, or system-related projects
  • Good knowledge of cost accounting and accounting processes
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAP BPC, MSTR, and similar financial systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Competency in project and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Finance and IT teams
