What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• If you will prepare maintenance lists by creating work plans within the scope of the maintenance program,

• If you will support the planning and preparation stages of all routine and non-routine maintenance operations,

• If you will carry out preliminary reviews of maintenance lists and requests, and identify, procure, and track the required time, workforce, competencies, materials, and equipment,

• If you will work in constant communication and integrated coordination with relevant departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out within the planned schedule,

• If you will manage and organize employees within the framework of Occupational Health and Safety rules,

• If you will track open faults and ensure coordination for their closure within the defined turnaround time,

• If you will check and follow up on the completeness and accuracy of documentation related to completed maintenance activities,

• If you will analyze maintenance costs, prepare budgets, and report them,

• If you will manage the organization, monitoring, modernization, and improvement activities of planned and unplanned maintenance operations,

• If you will develop and implement projects and plans related to savings, improvement, and new technology applications,

• If you have knowledge of the maintenance/repair of electric motors and general equipment,

• If you will track spare part inventories,

• If you will perform testing and commissioning activities,

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• If you are a graduate of Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments,

• If you are knowledgeable in LV/MV/HV systems,

• If you have knowledge of power factor correction systems,

• If you are familiar with frequency converters,

• If you have at least 4 years of experience in maintenance & repair and/or automation,

• If you preferably hold an Energy Manager Certificate,

• If you have a good level of knowledge in Automation, PLC, SCADA, and HMI software and can read electrical diagrams,

• If you can create periodic maintenance plans for machines and equipment and carry out daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance activities in line with these plans,

• If you can ensure rapid intervention in breakdown stoppages, keep machines and equipment continuously operational, and perform revisions when necessary,

• If you have a valid driver’s license and actively drive,

• If you actively use MS Office programs and SAP,
