As Esan, we began our journey in 1978 with the production of industrial minerals, guided by a sustainable mining approach that is respectful of people, the environment, and future generations. What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Conduct electrical and automation feasibility studies for projects, including power demand assessments, load analyses, concept designs, and preliminary engineering.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; prepare periodic reports on progress, budget performance, and project risks.
• Design or coordinate the design of substations, MV/LV switchboards, MCCs, drives, cabling, lighting, grounding, and instrumentation systems.
• Define process control philosophies, I/O lists, and automation scopes; technically guide and review PLC/SCADA software development processes.
• Prepare technical specifications, conduct supplier research, evaluate technical proposals, and provide technical support during procurement processes.
• Supervise field installation, panel assembly, and cabling activities; ensure contractor work complies with project requirements and specifications while maintaining adherence to HSE and quality standards.
• Manage testing, measurements, energization, and commissioning activities; follow up on official approvals and power connection permits.
• Ensure the delivery of as-built documentation and training activities; contribute to the establishment of electrical and automation engineering standards across facilities.

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferably experienced in EPLAN or similar electrical design software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
